Exchange of items is not a good idea due to my germ free guarantee. I have to consider returned props as a non sellable item. That is the only way I can guarantee your prop is germ free. I lose money on every returned item, so please choose wisely before ordering.
A Germ Free Guarantee is my promise to each and every customer that items leaving my workshop have not been in the mouth or lips of any human being.
Returned package and refunds: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If an order is returned to woodencigars.com the refund will not include shipping and handling fees.

Shopping cart uses Paypal to process your credit card securely online. It is very convenient if you are in a hurry and know exactly what you want. Just click the "Add to Cart" buttons on each page to add the item to your shopping cart. Checkout is on the menu at the right.
Phone orders are a good way to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. You can ask questions. See the "Phone Orders" page under Orders on the menu.
